I am at NTT but my good & hardworking staff had resigned, the reason is the Japanese suck and no ball to fight for staff even the staff is senior and hardworking staff. If you under Local manager, they are more better than Japanese. But this company is suck. If you want to learn more thing, then you trade it as a school. Don't stay longer. Poor increment (2~4%). Boss always said to all team member same result when asking about the increment.(answer is you are the higher in team).
If you joint as long term then u will regret. All these japanese will threats u like a robot. Most of their policies are nonsense stress work environment.

blupleshark, kukun and guest987123 said are right, only GIN team is the place u can learn much.

If you offer under Emerio, you even get trade worst, Emerio earn more than you. If you are hired by NTT, you won't get good medical coverage. The insurance covered for staff only. Excluded your family.

All HR in this world are SUCK, only think about them self to promote them self to top BOSS to cut cost.

This is just an opinion that can vary base on personal experience. Hope this will help.

I agree with SenjuClan, I am previous NTTMSC Staff also.

Cons

1. Management sucks. Want to sell services that dont even setup properly. And if escalate things will u turn back to staff.

2. CEO seriously dont know anything. Listen to his two clown "father n son".

3. If I remember correctly more than 10 staff aldy resigned this year including senior staff. Also 2 new staff just lasted 3-4 months only.

4. A good technical Japan staff sent back to Ntt Com. The one who come here just a clown.

5. New staff to resign needs 2 months notice.

6. HR Dept 5 staff, Backbone team 1 staff. Wtf is happening when a telco company only have 1 staff in BB dept.

7. Everytime KPI only average although you work extremely excellent. Manager wont backup you.

8. Basic very low. Some guys with 3 yrs exp still below 3k.
