Oh my bad , previously I check with agent is the last tower ( most expensive one ) the snp price is 380k during July that time, I guess is about psf is rm 700-800 average, you can check with the agents I think tower 1 may have some reject units , and with current package might be lower now

followed propcafe for sometimes..didnt read this before...ha. Jus found out it was 2013! read it, i think the article is fair..they pointed the ugly side of the dev which i agreed with them..the rundown shops, biz etc surrounding this SS also the issue of developer etc...dont think thry recommend it but if those want to get info i think this article can give u alot. i like the park personally and Parc 3 there to me has more advatlntage on the park than SS. 28B has its own lake....other than the old apartment i think 28b would have more ownstayers from nearby neighborhood young gen. This SG developer which did it for Marc Resi klcc ada class sikit. Expect some nice lobby etc in 28B.

Really? I did see a lot of people at the facilities floor, tho. Thought it was doing alright as I heard that many students rented units there.

Noticed that the subsale prices for the bigger units have been dropping recently to be even cheaper than the unsold developer units. Waiting for the right price atm, tho, as we're targeting the bigger units. laugh.gif

Well, it's the developer's community project to benefit those living around there by alleviating the traffic...

Sounds like damned if you do, damned if you don't scenario. Widen the road, ppl complain of the disappearance of the trees. Don't do anything, complain of increased traffic congestion on the roads in the long run. Go figure.

Can't please everybody, I guess.

Not ranting nor pissed about widening the road. Its not a choice, they have to widen it when you're building 1k houses to chuck in that small area, and its not a bad thing either. Just hope they'll find a way to plant back all the trees they've cut.

Hopefully it didn't result in any sidewalk being removed just to make way for the wider road. Remember reading some comments here that widening the road is not easy without removing sidewalk. hmm.gif

Didn't really know about this coz we went to the sales gallery at the beginning of this year and didn't consider this project much due to the surroundings.

Sidewalk is totally removed and I don't think they have any space left to path them back. The thing is the sidewalk was just made end of last year. Knowing they'll extend the roads there they still went and rebuilt them. Nice instant songlap from mpaj

Now even driving during afternoon is hot as hell without those tree shades throughout the stretch
