I'm the owner of 28 BLVD. Currently I renting RM1600 with fully furnish.
Can said that really good for invest due to properties agent calling mentioned few tenant interested to rent.
But my tenant contract only end on Sept 2020.

I think not much on developer unit. Maybe you can consider subsales as I saw a lot of unit is selling right now.
