Has any boss/taikor come across this type of experience?
- Submit cheque to queue for a unit.
- Do not know the price and package.
- Also do not when they bank-in the cheque.

If studio for RM1.5k, then it is a tough competition with single room-to-let which is only a few hundred ringgit.

Can also expand that view as an industry-wide good news. The same argument or formula can be used by other developers for their SOHO projects.
