finally can see the building, long way more to reach 50 storeys though

I am doubtful thatbitll be completed by next year June.

No way it can be complete next year. Progress is too slow.

did developer tell buyers about road access plan? showroom model shows main access is along jalan duta kiara which will be extended and linked to jalan kiara 4. developer already built a bridge linking jalan kiara 3 to jalan kiara 4 for construction vehicle purpose, unless it is temporary and to be demolished in future, that will be another access road for TWY.

I asked the same questions before, they said no approval yet from Government. It'll be good for residents from jalan kiara 3 and 4 but not so good for residents from jalan duta kiara.

TWY entrance will be from jalan duta kiara 1. At the back of TWY lies future project TWY 2.. And few meters away is RumahWip( affordable housing) built by UEM sunrise consist of 700 to 800 units of apartments. If the road is open and cut through TWY will be a nightmare. Then another development called Bon Kiara and few others are to be announced soon seems like the squatters area will soon be cleared out.

Think everyone knew the squatter area will be redeveloped question was only when. Can see it happening sooner than later. Inspirasi, bon mont kiara and pent kiara.

i hope there will be no access road. the developers just blow water only. DBKL won't bother and these developers won't pay to do the road infrastructure.

Yup. Things r moving fast in this little corner of MK. Kiara Kasih's UEM has signed snp with their buyers, so there's sorta a timeframe established for d sprucing up of this area. And uem being quasi glc, may get d infra here built faster... Hopefully.

next chance to get a clearer understanding is when bon kiara launches. land bought by bon kiara includes a tiny piece across the road from jalan kiara 3, you can see demolished squatter shops. next to it, a row of shops/houses still occupied, that is not bon kiara land. that tiny bon kiara land land sits on the alignment of jalan kiara 4 as per kl city plan.

obvious future launches to benefit from the linking of jk3, 4 and duta kiara are bon kiara, twy2 and scp group new project in segambut dalam. the developers may be discussing behind the scene to share cost of these links, possibly with mkh for saville and weida for ardena contributing also. objections will definitely come from "eastern mont kiara" residents though not sure how vocal, but most business owners will be neutral or welcome the road links.

interesting times ahead.

The C-shape highlighted land is Bon Kiara.

I heard there will be 2500 -2600 for Rumahwip just exactly beside TWY 2... imagine the number of families and headcount swamped into MK.

Setting up a Rumahwip is a good initiatives by the government to assist those low income families who needed to buy a home. But placing it in MK will just screw up the area.. vandalism..mat rempit.. number of cars..

Not being prejudice or to offend towards others... Just a little unacceptable for me..

one of government's objective is to "balance" the demography in high income areas so that certain groups of people are not left out from enjoying living in nice places. it's also a good political move to earn support.

many years ago one political leader said he is not happy to see the nice areas of petaling jaya dominated by a particular group and he wants to change that. but in reality those areas are already highly developed and what ever remaining land are too expensive for that kind of large scale demographic re-engineering.

Nowadays slow means abandon? That’s really a dangerous word..

Is this project completed? Looks like take longer time to complete

Is there a road to link to Jalan segambut beside this project ?
