you mean for the road link? i dont have it, ive seen it in the city plan before many years ago. the gazetted version should be on sale by dbkl by the end of this month.

Yes, there will be delay.

According to a purchaser who spoke to "May Ngo" from Symphony Life, sometime in 22/10/2018, they have appointed a "new contractor".

VP date for TWY will be delayed. Expected handover is second half of 2019 (estimated end September).

According to her LAD will be paid.

The new contractor for the project is Tuhu Setia. You can see the information at the project site.

There’s a yet to launch twy 2 also, beside rumawip KK. Wonder how will they position it.

TWY / TWY 2 will be having MK or Segambut as its address?

eh....like owners don't know the site is next to highway????? very near is not the right description.

dun worry, after vped, spend a couple of night there and complain to developer that you cant sleep with windows open at night bcos the noise is unbearable. see if developer can move the highway a bit further or do something about it.

Day time I've no idea. But for the last couple of nights they have been working.

Could be cash flow issue with either main contractor, developer or both?

If one floor take a week, likely to take longer than one year to VP.
