I realized there is a big storm drain at the back of TWY building.. right under NKVE fly over and full of trash .. wondering if dbkl will do something about it..

I asked the same questions before, they said no approval yet from Government. It'll be good for residents from jalan kiara 3 and 4 but not so good for residents from jalan duta kiara.

TWY entrance will be from jalan duta kiara 1. At the back of TWY lies future project TWY 2.. And few meters away is RumahWip( affordable housing) built by UEM sunrise consist of 700 to 800 units of apartments. If the road is open and cut through TWY will be a nightmare. Then another development called Bon Kiara and few others are to be announced soon seems like the squatters area will soon be cleared out.

The C-shape highlighted land is Bon Kiara.

I heard there will be 2500 -2600 for Rumahwip just exactly beside TWY 2... imagine the number of families and headcount swamped into MK.

Setting up a Rumahwip is a good initiatives by the government to assist those low income families who needed to buy a home. But placing it in MK will just screw up the area.. vandalism..mat rempit.. number of cars..

Not being prejudice or to offend towards others... Just a little unacceptable for me..

Receive clearance letter. Will collect the keys and have a private tour by appointment with appointed developer's handover team to familiarise with the condo and facilities.

Finally all of us can smile after waited for so long.
