just got back from sales gallery

quite leaning towards the 1388 dual key units, but my preferred choice 1st, 2nd level and level 10-12 floors already sapued clean clean, not even bread crumbs left. remaining units are on level 13 and 14 and some high floors.. nothing left even for PALs, the smaller units all gone (maybe 1 or 2 units left)

from the scale model, it seems Sunway has no intention to block the lake view of both towers. When ask SA what will be built on the empty land, they say only condo and some townhouse maybe, probe further then they say not sure but confirm the lake view wont block

I cant really see a developer like Sunway not fully utilising the empty land in front of the Geos...

so sunway not going to open some units for normal PALS?? vmad.gif mad.gif
possible the view wont be blocked cos they always design with emphasis on the lake view, looking at Geo density it should look that way

yup staff need to ballot and given 1 min to choose their unit doh.gif
initially was told may be balloting for PALS...but sunway felt is a good way to reward those so called VVIP so no ballot...
*
I was there last Saturday, accompanying someone who bought a unit. This ballot exercise is a joke, gives the impression that there is so much demand and something must be done to put things in order, or not people will just let loose.

By 3pm, the sales hall area was pretty much empty already, and yes, there are still lots of units left. Interestingly enough, the ballot for Geo was done by the same Chinese guy that did the ballot for Southville, which is another case that doesn't warrant a ballot.

Only those genuine high demand developments where demand exceeds supply such as the Seri Mutiara Setia Alam development should have the ballot exercise. All others are for show.

no leh, the remaining units with less than desirable views coupled with pricing wise very similar to Desa Park OCP, no motivation to go for GEO already. Tomorrow go Desa Park c6c6 then decide which is the better of two.

you intend to grab any?

Open on weekend ma, go try your luck. Level 13 and 14 got units for type E and F. Small units I don't think have any cause the chart for the small units very ang ang, full of red boxes (means booked).

Sometimes I wonder whats the point of being a PAL when there are even more associates and staff competing with you with far better advantages...

This was the sales chart as of ytd afternoon. Basically 95% sold out before releasing to PALS. So I won't bother going today even I'm PALS. Tower B should be launching in couple of months time as told by agent and looking at 5-10% increment.

4 lifts serving 460 units. Is that considered good? Averagely 120 units per lift. Any service lift on top of the four lifts?

there are two blocks with 230 units each and also 4 lifts for each block. so i think there are total of 8 lifts for total units of 460
