This was the sales chart as of ytd afternoon. Basically 95% sold out before releasing to PALS. So I won't bother going today even I'm PALS. Tower B should be launching in couple of months time as told by agent and looking at 5-10% increment.

There's a pedestrian bridge to link Taylors uni to Geo. Good move by sunway. More demand in SSQ then as not only students from sunway uni and monash uni will be looking for accomodation there but taylors too. Not sure how long distance is the pedestrian Bridge though. But as long as sunway do it in a proper way where security is well taken then I think some taylors students with higher budget for rental would opt for SSQ than condos like D'latour or Senza?

If 3-5% is true, then it's reasonable. Yes, closer to the link Bridge to Geo. Not sure hows the sales today. Maybe already sapu-ed habis in the first hour. Looking forward for the Tower B launch. Hopefully more leftovers for PALS n even public. Lol
