After reading all these comments (plus those from South View), I am beginning to second guess whether to sign SNP or not.
Booked a 700+sqft (dual-key 3R) unit facing Bangsar South offices for a little under 600k. Immediate planning is for own stay (nearer to office) and if cannot move out from in-law's house, rent out. Total dilemma. |

Pity the southview units facing the construction site of southlink. Its going to be a bit noisy these 3-4 years.
