UOA is mad. South view and this. And again former sphere land and behind nexus. Total residential 6-7k units. Lol.

That piece of land belongs to Tan and Tan. But latest wikimapia reveals that whole land including tan and Tan land now belongs to UOA.
Not sure 🤔 which is which.

UOA did a survey demography of workers from BS and many would not prefer to stay there. Mainly due to rental price and varies reasons.

I thought UOA quality of workmanship is quite decent ?! Scenaria,Park residences, desa green and Le yuan seemed ok. Delivers southview earlier than planned and surprised with defects. On the rental market could have foreseen as too many projects in BS at one go.
