The demographic of the neighbourhood?
Affordability?
Density of the development?

personally I will never buy any more properties from UOA. just taken delivery of southview block A. when I got my contractors to install the aircond, we found the water drainage pipe missing. the copper pipe was also broken. instead of fixing the problem on the spot, UOA came back a few days later. so that means my contractor have to come back again. after the problem was supposedly fixed, my contractor came back and once again, found the copper pipe broken. so rather than pay for a 3rd trip, I got my contractor to fix the copper pipe before installing the aircond. UOA refused to compensate me for this.

a few days later after we installed the kitchen cabinet and connected the plumbing, we found the drain pipe filled with concrete. this was 3 days ago and UOA has not yet sent anyone over.

now their response is getting slower and slower and they just ignore any emails because they can't cope with all these owners on their back. so now they are launching southlink? cant even solve the issues with southview...

Pool view units command higher selling price ?

cant imagine the view of the row of hong kong housing in Bangsar south......from KL Getaway, SV, SL, UOA Hotel, small strip of empty land (will be built no doubt) Novum, another plot of land most likely will be high density building as well.......

if one thinks by looking at this SL is disturbing enuf, wait til you put all the above in one row and admiring the creation.

dun forget, Bangsar south commercials (horizon and vertical) are taking the back row seats. And further back, there will be 3-4 blocks of UOA residential blocks yet to be built.
