Any owners here? How's the rental now?
Many agent are advertising rental of around 1.2k. Is it that bad now? It's almost half of the pre covid rate. |

No offence to owners or interest party, Gateway mall is totally disaster.
400k for studio, it's really recipe of disaster especially for a country like Malaysia (expat cabut like no tmr) Of course, covid is one of the factor but it's not the only excuse. |

Hello guys, need some help, may I ask if Universiti LRT through KL Gateway mall, or Kerinchi LRT is nearer to walk to?
