Many buy the bungalow for the land only.

My BIL brought the mid or was it last phase of the link house develop by them in early 2000, project freeze and restart back, got the key only few years ago. He told me the house are very low, lots of pillar. Not sure is this the same area like the TS.

During that time, my friend always bought me into this bukit jalil side talam project. Check and see every house style and shape. You can cry if you see those quality.

Is the worse developer you want to deal. And made lots of sub-con suffer. Never pay subcon. This was Talam (ex Trinity name)

If you go to bukit jalil side and see those talam house, you will shake your head. Those banglo house quality like low cost house quality.

bro , i think actually the quality quite okey , the only thing i complain is the design ........ suck , low ceiling , and many beam

my guess is when IJM take over that time , TALAM didnt touch much yet

I doubt granite stone wall are strong. RC have rebar to support the tension, and wall have high tension on the outter area.

Talam very clever...change the name but the name similar to other company name...make public confusing...

Trinity Group wants Trinity Corp to use other names

hi bro,

any more updates? so did you manage to find out about the piling depth, is it safe not to pile till the original ground level? i've checked with some contractors they said better to pile deeper to avoid any unnecessary headache in the future ie: wall / floor cracking.

Sorry to revive this old thread TS. Wondering how's the experience so far by staying in this taman for all these years?

Because I got an offer in this area by an agent, but im not familiar about this area and not much details managed to be found online regarding this taman. The only thing i managed to discover is it's an abandon project by TALAM. confused.gif
