I got back my phone from screen replacement. A two weeks replacement job. The new screen is perfect and looks even better, perhaps that's the surprise after Sony updated to 253 firmware. Unfortunately our region does not have 307 yet.
Snapdragon 800chipset including a 2.2GHz quad-core processor and Adreno 330 graphics 6.4-inch 1080p “Triluminos with X-Reality for Mobile” display

The Xperia Z Ultra will also come with a new type of touch screen sensor that will allow input from either a stylus, pencil or pretty much anything. In this respect, we expect that Sony is continuing its relationship with Neonode (a Swedish company). Sony has integrated Neonode’s MultiSensing touch technology in its e-Readers for a number of years now.
my opinion about this news/rumors is that i'll wait for this 25th June to c wether if all of these are true, and if it did, then Sony is really awesome this year. But im not to happy tho as just imagined how much will this Sony Xperia ZUltra will cost?

Oh crap, the repaired phone has terrible water retention in all its camera. I think water resistance failed.
No flaps turned red. Water entry must have been through the screen. This phone is not serviceable, even by Sony themselves
So does tat meaning after service u will kose ur water resistant capabilities?I guess I beter keep tat stuck pixel the way it is since nt much problem for me

yup demm big for big too, especially as a phone. if the specs are all true then xperia honomi will be awesome too. but too bad for me, my handphone personal policy only change phone at least after 2years
also the way i see how sony move lately, i wont be suprise if sony tablet z mini also will come out. the most demanded tablet size currently i believe is 8" to compete with ipad mini n note 8.0. i myseft think 8" size much better than 7". but i cant wait too long, i think i just go with the 10.1 tablet z. i still believe bigger is better altho need to sacrifice the portability.
but i wonder what will be add on, could google edition make a better image quality for its camera?
I have a doubt in my mind that it will be producing better image. They were saying that camera kernel is not going to be supported or something in that line. Same stuff happened to HTC one. Zoe was not there, the quality rumoured to drop, although photosphere is available.

Sony better only release Honami next year not now, it is too short timing, I can't keep changing phone also.
Ya, I more hoping tablet Z mini is out with small bezel and great spec.
For those having mount R/W reboot issue after installing [NUT] 1.0.1.1.A.307 firmware. Do following, it will fixed the reboot issue.
I tested myself, confirm 100% working, this thing happen again due to Sony! as mention by RoberM "Sony simply modified it to ignore "stop" signal, but they were so kind enough to make it still accept "kill" signal. if they ever make it to ignore this signal also, we can force kill it with pkill -9, which cannot be ignored"
I guess I have to use 2 hand for this phone most of the time from now on. The getting sore painful on the joint of my thumb, for stretching my thumb using this phone one hand. I guess apple is right about one hand use. (Well, at least for me)

uup, it is true about the one hand use,but u cant have everything, want a one hand operation phone but at the cost of smaller screen size. for me, im tired of looking at my small screen iphone 5, retina display or not, small screen is a no no for me.

Then just - copy over to correct place system\etc via root explorer and let phone auto reboot. - set the correct permission (must set fast) and let the phone auto reboot.
