I'm .253 and I want to flash to 4.2.2. But now I am confused to what I should do. So many instructions and method from different people. Andrewtst help?

My only problem with 4.2.2 is the lockscreen not functioning well when I have a media playing. It flickers at the album menu. I don't know why the hell.
