how much selling price now?
has commercial development reached a stage of over supply in cyberjaya? right now we can see a number of commercial areas quite scattered eg shaftsbury square, prima avenue, and many more to come. |

The Cyberia Crescent 2 Town villa abandoned project the past 10 years... until now no signs of development to resurrect it... if u go to Cyberia Crescent 2 it really is a testament of MKLand fail project via their subsidiary Paramoden... A single condo building unit stuck at the end of the road...totally no landscaping at all...7-8 years completed but no strata title issued yet.... really a testament and living proof of MKLand as a fail developer...
