Common practice for most developers, they will register one new company for each project. They are putting safety nest, if one failed, will not impact the whole group.

In fact, Tujuan is the spinoff of the good side of the predecessor. Otherwise their projects (more than 1) would not have won so many prestigious awards (refer to newspaper recently) and the top brains in the country would not work with them, i.e. landscape and architects.

Let me give you a quiz...setia haruman is mk land or not? try research how much shares does MK Land holds in Setia Haruman?

Clueless?...sorry bro im more than 10 years in Cyber here, JMB committe as well, even known 1 or 2 of MK/Setia Haruman admin& his worker, the paramoden mr Aziz...

GO and have a chat with Jasmine of Cyberrealters...the sole RE agent thats based ion Cyber the past 10 years...
Ask her view and knowledge as well as experience with any MK project coz she bought some as well especially DOmain studio...

They all are just spin off/subsidiary of parent MK Land...

Not wanna put high hopes but their project a lot of misses and some do hit the mark...the Domain shoplot is gooding, quite a success.....The Domain? mehh...owner mostly struggle to let out...Cyberia? lots of lelong case especially the townhouse and penthouse....Gardenview?

dont get me started on MK unable to sell unit in Crescent 1 and 2 condo and townvilla that is sublet out to eric, wong and the gang to look for tenant and buyer until now...

but from the pictures, it does look something unique
will it turn out as planned?
will it garner another award?
will there be actually demand (business owners go in and rent and people going there to make business move?)
well..., is a risk..
we can only try to gamble and see hoping that his son does prove critics wrong...
should we buy? hmmm...

You must 1st now why invest in Cyberjaya, and choose meticulously which project,which concept,what value,ROI and look at the numbers. To hear it from the expert, Chief economist from IQI Investment Group, Shan Saeed shared about his insights on property investment outlook of Cyberjaya, Malaysia.
He said,"There are nine reasons why I stand bullish on Cyberjaya":
Government-Backed
Fist is it’s government-backed. Whenever the government initiates any plan or project, that initiative will never fail. The government took a very important step, which is providing apartments to civil servants. This is an excellent initiative.
Foreign investors
Second are the investors. Who are investing in Cyberjaya? These are the Chinese, the Malaysians, and the Japanese. The Japanese are coming in huge waves because of their having pulled out of Thailand due to uncertainty with the flooding situation, which the Thai government has not been able to control. They have moved to Malaysia, which I think is a very stable country because the government is focused and investor-friendly.
Cash Savings
Third reason is because of the Cash Savings. Most of the investors coming to Cyberjaya are actually quite rich and are buying all sorts of property. Yesterday, I was talking to someone who said she bought two units close to Mirage by the Lake. Mirage by the Lake is a very good project by OSK.
Sovereign Wealth Fund
Fourth is the Sovereign Wealth Fund. In the next five years Sovereign Wealth Funds would be driving the global market. In Iskandar two giants have taken position which is the CIC of China and the Temasek of Singapore. Sovereign Wealth Funds like the Khazanah, CIC, Temasek, Qatar Investment Authority take a long-term position. When these funds take position in any company in any region, you know that it’s a long term initiative – like five to fifteen years. So, Khazanah with UEM is quite involved.
IT Hub
Fifth is it’s an IT hub. IT companies are already there. Most of the big names like Oracle, IBM, Dell, HP, Intel are already there. Shell, HSBC, etc have also got their IT people relocated.
Next to Putrajaya
Sixth is it’s close to the government offices. Most expats/ foreigners like to stay close to the government offices while they get their work done. Putrajaya is near, which is an advantage for the expats and the multinationals in getting their requirements in order like Visa processing and extensions.
Value Selling Proposition
Last and the most important reason is that the VSP (Value Selling Proposition) for this area is the KLIA 2, which is just twenty minutes from Cyberjaya. Foreigners love it when airports are close to their workplace. With the KLIA 2 coming, it’s very convenient for foreign workers who are already here. And it’s very convenient for companies who want to relocate their employees to this area. Also, most decision-makers are always travelling in this region, so for them, hassle-free travel is quite a big draw.
Future Population
Cyberjaya's population estimatedly will reach 100,000 in 2016 and 210,000 in 2020 and will grow rapidly after that term. Currently, during daytime 70,000 workers are in Cyberjaya, many of them stay in Puchong, Seri Kembangan & elsewhere, residence supply are in big demand & currently it's undersupply of residences
Tons of MSC status companies coming in
CTones of companies who qualify for MSC incentives have relocated their operations to Cyberjaya.Among them are T-systems,Dell,HP,DHL,Satyam,Wipro,HSBC,Ericsson,Motorola,OCBC,BMW,IBM,Shell IT,Vivanova Systems,the Response Centre of the Anti Money Laundering Network and others. Currently,over 600 MSC Status companies have relocated their operations here,making the township a rapidly growing area. The workers would rather stay in Cyberjaya than in Seri Kembangan of Puchong, and with the new shopping malls with entertainment and soon-completed amenities,facilities and attraction,Cyberjaya will witness a boom.
Cyberjaya has reached tipping point
AS AN IT CITY
443 MSC companies, including 257 multi-national corporations with over 35,000 IT workers.
AS A UNI CITY
3 universities Limkokwing, Multimedia University, Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS) with over 23,000 students. Another 4 universities being planned, including Open University Malaysia (OUM),SEGi University & Xiamen University which will come in 2015
Only 20 minutes from KL City.
And 20 minutes from KLIA and LCCT.
Great location in Cyberjaya
Walking distance to Multimedia University. Directly across from smart school (primary and secondary) and near proposed Chinese school.
Also fronting proposed shopping mall and hotel, and short distance to Cyberjaya Lake Gardens. As well as all the parks, open spaces and events that Putrajaya has to offer.
