has commercial development reached a stage of over supply in cyberjaya?
right now we can see a number of commercial areas quite scattered eg shaftsbury square, prima avenue, and many more to come.

its because other feveloper sells 'dreams', elegent concept of lifestyle along with their unit, prestige....but u certainly font feel that weith any of MKLand residential unit in CYberjaya...

I will never ever buy any MK Land properties in the future...once kena lesson learn for life lol

max, you seem that you can see the future liao that this is gonna be a failure because it is son=father hahaha...
or father advises son what to do at dinner table...
but from the pictures, it does look something unique
will it turn out as planned?
will it garner another award?
will there be actually demand (business owners go in and rent and people going there to make business move?)
well..., is a risk..
we can only try to gamble and see hoping that his son does prove critics wrong...
should we buy? hmmm...

or wait until few years later for potential lelong price? drool.gif
