Thanks for the photos. That confirms the size of village grocer to be 50,000 sqft which is very big for a premium grocer.

I don't know the exact size, but just guessing it's around 20,000sqft.

woah!! ohmy.gif so big.. TS aimed to be center for grocery shopping in Cyberjaya..but from the design seams it will not be full blow hypermarket..there will have huge open space..

Malaysian prefer shopping complex...got free aircond..

Go check out their layout. There's space for supermarket below the square. I'm sure it's air conditioned.

yes the supermarket and shop lot/office will be air conditioned, i'm talking about shopping complex like DPuzle, IOI City Mall, Alamanda, AEON..open space and corridors between shops and office is not air condition...

This tamarind square they sold the shoplots to individual buyers rite?

They cant control what will be there de..therefore how the developer is going to annouce the tenants???

Only developers owned shopping malls they can annouce the tenancy.

Wondering will the corner lot become Mamak... Most corner lot in Cyberjaya is occupied by Mamak and they never feel overpopulated...
