Getting Started

New project at Jln Kuching, Dex Suites blk B, 911sf selling @ Rm600,000.00++, roughly Rm700/sf, Mah Sing new project at Tmn Wahyu Lakeville selling @ Rm700++/sf, while ours @ Rm480/sf, hopefully all these projects will bring up our value as well in future, lets pray.

Don't forget about the Emerald avenue by Engtex which is now under construction...this project is now under superspeed...opposite it got Res280 which is either SOHO, SOVO or SOFO (can't differentiate between this SOXX thing  ) Along the route to Rawang also got a lots of new developments...Selayang Springs, Blue-Sky, Radius Residence, V-Residensi, Dolomite (though a bit far)... Just hope that Government quickly confirm about the MRT2 route as population at this area is getting denser and denser...

I'm not a pro, so that's just a rough figure I assumed...anyway, I bought it for own stay so not much different for me...  agree with u about the surrounding environment...nowadays, hard to find natural (not human made) greenish area nearby KL area unless u affordable to buy Foresta Damansara or Sunway Montana...both gt own reserved forest...

I just booked a corner unit in Tower B. Been staying in selayang area for almost 30years. Although jam during drive to work, but which area in Klang Valley no jam? Anyway, been staying in bbs for 20yrs, this piece of land for S18 quite strategic and nice. IMHO, for own stay is ok, investment wise also ok. Because compare to Res280 or E-Duplex which is nearby, this is better.

Just my personal opinion, the telecom towers are not too close. HTC are also some distance away. Compared to One Sierra which is selling at 1mil++, their landed house also very near to HTC. I have a friend staying inside Desa Park City, totally no signal when inside her house, which she complained.To me, radiation is always around us, unless we stay in jungle with no telco towers around. Just my two cents.
