I just booked a corner unit in Tower B. Been staying in selayang area for almost 30years. Although jam during drive to work, but which area in Klang Valley no jam? Anyway, been staying in bbs for 20yrs, this piece of land for S18 quite strategic and nice. IMHO, for own stay is ok, investment wise also ok. Because compare to Res280 or E-Duplex which is nearby, this is better.
