From what I observe emerald is trying their best to pull in those retail inside their mall. Hope the Mercure hotel will help in surviving the mall. (Starcity as well)
Selayang point is the only condo perform well in this area.
Selayang really need a few good concept condominium to live up the area.
Let's pray 2016 is a good year for selayang area.

Just feeling curious on something, i noticed that the 1st 2 shop lot (beside the condo entrance) which appear in the brochure are not build up in actual site, or maybe there is something change the floor plan ?

Kindly refer to attached pictures.

Just sharing .....maybe i saw wrongly ? :-)

I notice about this also.
Ya they just completed 16 unit out of 18.
I guess they mayb need the access to build for the level 5
Clubhouse. Maybe soon they will start the construction
Of the other 2.
Left only 6month time , I think 3rd quarter 2016 can't

HI Gerald, your loan is from which bank ?
I do not receive any letter regarding the BLR adjustment, i thought there is rumors said that to reduce the BLR and not increase.

Icy my bank also never give letter on BLR or BR increase, as at last month my account still deduct the same amount, same should go this month since ni notice.

If further reduce BR by new Governor of BNM then it's a good news, I wish current Governor faster retired as she is trouble maker deliberately cause rakyat to suffer so that she can make rakyat hate the PM.

Lower rate = back to BBB & UUU like 2010-2014 thumbup.gif

price is high for this area. if you like it, buy for own stay no problem.

for rental play, need to top up quite an amount. this area most condo/apt is only around rm1k monthly.

to flip also i think very hard. last time sell around 500k. few years later, now new launch nearer to kl still have 500k.
