Yup, I bought for own stay. You can still manage to get a great unit. Corner unit, facing pool, good level at 10th floor. Freebies are the same as the rest of us.
Regarding race issue, I saw some Indian frens booking the unit when visited the sales gallery. If not mistaken, there are quite some Indians and Malays vested in S18. Quite good atmosphere, 1Malaysia mah. Hahaha

Yah, I also plan to join the JMB to give some contribution for S18. Hopefully can make it a good and safe place to live in. Security is my utmost concern. With good security, good management and well maintained facilities, I think property will appreciate. And people living inside will feel safe.

What is the 7.6k for? Legal fees? Or is it monthly installment?

Huh? I think considered cheap. Mine same size as your unit, legal fees more than 10k.

Mind to share which bank? And remember ask for some discount for the loan legal fees.

hi , guys i just brought a unit on block B 12 floor.KLCC view,1016sf,521k before discount. actually i wan pool view,but it is sold out of 1016sf unit,so sad.only left 1 unit on 13A but i dont wan that floor.@@
