I am booking Block B corner unit Level 10 facing Pool Side. 1264psf. 626k before discount. I believed all the freebies is the same right? 4 air con, 2 car park, free SPA & Stamp Duty.
You all already firm the deal and will be own stay? Happy Neighbouring.... sound like many chinese purchaser here.... hehe...

I though is was completed build mana tahu the site is just plain last week i visit. This developer marketing their project so early ..!@#!#$@ Luckily still left few unit for me to choose in...

Somehow... they said DIBS or without DIBS is the same as they will give extra 3 % discount for Non DIBS.

Hi, cal--- Just back from sales gallery and site visit. RHB offer me the Legal Fee RM7640. This morning sending document to May Bank. See which legal fee more pretty. Still can get further discount? Let me try ask first...... Next week will know whether approve or not d.. Hehe...
