IMHO S28 location is better compare to those condos in SH/Templer.
Emerald is not doing well. Magnaville despite that less africans, rental still around 900-1000 and transacted price 300k. More than that hard to get buyer...
Hope S18 will do well in term of occupancy, price & maintanence... all the best!
♢ not an owner. Just someone who commute to selayang daily...
