My CIMB loan stated DIBS only for 3year from 1st loan disbursed. If S18 complete in year 2017 then we need to pay installment even project not complete yet

The sales person deny that and said it was older master tittle which they based on. Actually i wish f3 could clarify on ths as sa all misleading oledi. But they chosen to keep silent which i just take this s18 as an expensive lesson to learn?

I went there yesterday, really a lot of people.
The launching was very grand, I think they spent several millions on it.

But the price scared me off, 650psft and above...compare to s18, my unit about 467psft, different almost 200psft

Yeah, their opening so so so GRAND and you can find there is 4 show units inside the Gallery, Cool !
The time i reached around 530pm yesterday, they still left last 10 units for reservation for the Block B.

Hopefully with this ES, can bring up the surrounding around ...

As I know, s18 wont have show unit, so no need to have high expectation on their official launch
