I think difficult, unless developer discussed with local authority and SYABAS when start development. Most serviced apartment are categorized under commercial title if they have shoplots together. Maybe big players like IJM, Sunway, SPSetia and Ecoworld can bargain. |

Mine one is about Rm6k+ but i have loan the legal fees about 8K into loan. So seem like abit waste as we need to pay the interest more. Will we get the extra back from Bank ? via cheque ?
