Not possible. Who wants to park both cars inside facing the wall and with neighbors car blocking at the back?? Nothing to do with management, cos nobody will exchange. Hahaha....Tandem parking woh...car park front and back, one end is road, the other end is wall.

Different category, different area, and also different price. Hahaha... Sounds like I am talking wind. Anyway, Jalan Kuching area more happening, Selayang area more serene. ES higher density with more units, S18 less units and thus lower density. ES more facilities and thus higher maintenance fees, S18 less facilities compared to ES. Really depends what you are looking for, and which area more convenient to you.

Personally, I prefer staying in S18. Maybe ES can be as investment.

Not same..cant compare too..each have their niche market and concept. Its all comes down to wat u want
