Just checked with the Banker, the extra legal fees which included in our loan, it will be pay back by Lawyer firm. Anyone can clarify on this ?

Yeah, i also heard that too from the SA. No matter how, the price for later buyer will be higher i guess, if not, it will be not fair for the early bird buyer.. perhaps no more DIBS and free gift available.
