hi there.. need some feedback on this lakeville. i have purchased Bayu Sentul. now looking for 2nd property. i was quite tempted with Sentul Village at 1st. but not a good deal 500k+ for 9xx sq with only 1carpark. now i am looking at this Lakeville. have not visit the site/showroom yet. what is the price and deal now for 1xxx sq? Tried to check how many security tiers but no info. when is the completion? may consider to get this and stay instead of Bayu. Help me out here..

raymond i think u should check the new phase price b4 consider 13% is cheaper. if ms already increase 5% for new phase , i think the early bird price is cheaper 2%.

Today just visited the showroom. 13% given for block B only... the rest block F only entitle 10% less.
