i tot even after 13% discount the price still higher than early bird buyer?

why need valid reason ,developer no right to not return 10k la..one day no sign spa, u can cancel anytime..rugi 500 saja..

okies.. noted.. i not quite sure about that because i didnt know what is the T&C during you guys made the booking.. anyway did anyone here have any ideas how many % of units left for phase 2? and phase 1 i heard there is still 10% unit left over?

Is it like selling about 15% only for phase 2. For phase 1 think it is about 95%

i have purchased Bayu Sentul. now looking for 2nd property.
i was quite tempted with Sentul Village at 1st. but not a good deal 500k+ for 9xx sq with only 1carpark.
now i am looking at this Lakeville. have not visit the site/showroom yet.
what is the price and deal now for 1xxx sq?
Tried to check how many security tiers but no info.
when is the completion?

may consider to get this and stay instead of Bayu.

raymond i think u should check the new phase price b4 consider 13% is cheaper. if ms already increase 5% for new phase , i think the early bird price is cheaper 2%.

early of 2014 aunch first 2 block, early bird discount 5%
after launch block f, all price increase and discount 5%
then during cny 2015..price increase around 5% but discount 10%..
and now, price no increase and discount 13%

Today just visited the showroom. 13% given for block B only... the rest block F only entitle 10% less.

Why 13% off only block b ? Is block a all sold off?

according to housing tribunal they say developer has no right to even ask for a deposit in fact, before signing of spa.

size 1365 selling at RM921k before less at 10th floor if i not mistake.
