by the way this service apartment. esp kitchen area really small. others than det looks very practical. maids room fer sure can change to store. bathroom quite large. the bedroom just ok to me.

from my point of view all the design looks like same the kitchen still small. the showhouse for sure looks amazing but the kitchen still small. n reality i have to cook at wet kitchen i think.

raymond i think u should check the new phase price b4 consider 13% is cheaper. if ms already increase 5% for new phase , i think the early bird price is cheaper 2%.
