not selling, but not topping up. Topping up other funds so that % for AmAsia Pac REITs goes down.

Top up Hwang Select Asia Opportunity...RM100. Last day to buy at 1% and get the new units reflected on month-end statement tongue.gif

Mine is losing money ROI -1%

Seems mid term outlook for REITS not good lei, thinking to leave it or sell part of it.. If sell part of it, at least the money can put to more potential equity fund to grow a bit.. tongue.gif

how big is AmAsiaP REITs in your portfolio? Mine only 4.6%, so no big deal keeping it

the mkt noises are expecting the interest rate to go up in te US next year...
thus will affects the Bond and the Reit mkts

If tapering kicks off in September 2013, it'll definitely emerging market bonds and REITs.

Hope to sell it off by end of August 2013. biggrin.gif

ya lor got risk as well.. if no risk I wont be asking here for opinion or what you guys planning to do already lo. My REITS is almost 1 year already, and no profit now. 2 months back it was ROI 8%. So I am losing to FD already for this fund.

you always print out the monthly statement and keep is it? If not why la want to have complete transaction every month.

You cannot avoid having incomplete statement when funds declaring dividends wor,.

Haha.. portfolio is just matching EPF nia. Almost every few days looking at my portfolio and every funds performance, hard to not ignore this REITS and maybe near future my AmDynamic.

So nowadays bond very susah. If equity, KLCI at all high. Asia ex japan, slightly volatile. Gold is even more volatile. So cash is king again?
