I guess in order to make a fair comparison, both need to be run at the same time, downloading the same torrent at the same level. Therefore the number of seed/peers will be the same. We also know that at the early stage of downloading will normally be faster, since the chances of getting the piece required are more rather than at a later stage eg at 99%. Anybody volunteer to make the test? 

Try to increase the "Total Maximum Connections" in uTorrent.

hi guys...noob question here....i have download a movie using bitcomet... then bitcomet goes crazy and i have not finish download the movie....now i'm using utorrent....how to transfer the half downloaded file to utorrent? i try to save as the bitcomet torrent to file.torrent but it start from zero when i'm download from utorrent....anyone can help?

Yup rite. Currently using another HDD for BT 24/7.
Not sure. But I believe SATA HDD with NCQ will stay longer.
Since Seagate give 5 years warranty. Then it should lor.

I'm using BitComet 0.89.

In the list of the peers in a torrent, which is the 'Peers' window, if I'm not mistaken, the upper part of the seperator in the list is the peers that I'm connecting, while the lower part is the peers that are off9. Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm juz guessing.

Besides, wat's the list of peers that appears occasionally between both of the upper part & lower part of the whole peers list wif 2 seperators at each side?

& the most important 1, at the main window of BitComet, which is the list of the torrents, has a column showing the number of seeds & peers.
The numbers outside the bracket are the seeds & peers connecting to u, while the peers & seeds inside the bracket indicates all the seeds & peers.

My question is is all the seeds & peers in the bracket indicates all peers currently on9 wif the torrent? & if so, why I can't connect to all peers? Is it bcoz of the client or other reason?

Hi, i got problem with bitcomet here.. I found that when open bitcomet and try to start the downloading, my cpu usage with run to 100%... It caused my pc lagging...
Anyone face the same problem b4?? how to solve it???

Erm... I'm not asking for the peer list, but the 'Seed/Peer[all]' column. I know the 1st 2 numbers are the seed & peers currently connected to u. But how'bout the 2 numbers in the bracket? Is it showing all on9 seeds & peers? Or it includes off9 seeds & peers as well. & if it's showing on9 seeds & peers, why I can't connect to all seeds & peers?

Oh, okay... Can't get it lar... if u dun tell me. Lol. Anyway, thx. ^^ So, this means that I'm always connecting to the peers that are on9? There's no more peer that I'm not connected to in the total number? If it's not, how can I know the exact number of peers that are on9?

In addition, the 'Peer Download' column in the Peers list indicates peers' download speed? Is it truly reflects their dl speed? It shows from time to time only, & their dl speed is way higher than mine.

I dun think my download speed is slower is bcoz of my connection speed. My connection speed is perfectly nice almost all the time. But other peers' download speed really outperform mine, but the peers' speed is not always shown. So, I suspect that the program juz added up all the dl speed over the time & juz appear once or twice in a period.

But I'm not sure whether this is true or not lar, as there might be other peers that on9, which I didn't connect to.
