G+ post on backups
https://plus.google.com/u/0/101530349765455...sts/ShCvKdDjBirRight now I use Helium backup to back up my apps and app data. I'm itching to try something new. What do yo guys use to back up your apps/data so you can easily recover from flashing new versions of Carbon (or other ROMs...traitor)? Please describe your process with detail, I wish to have ALL the opinions and knowledge this community has to offer.

Ti is my standard. I always use an update.zip and flash it into /system whilst installing a ROM so that it's already there and preconfigured, no need to grab it from the store. Then I restore all my apps. Groovy.

I use update.zip from Titanium Backup every time I need to factory reset, then I use Nandroid Manager to restore texts, call logs, wifi access points etc.
