A: Property constructed or made available before GST implementation is not subject to GST. However the taxable property to be constructed or delivered after GST implementation date will be subjected to GST. In other words, for
semi completed property, GST is applicable only on the portion on the uncompleted property. A recognized person such as an architect would have to verify the portion of completed property.

for your case, u will need to pay 6% for any progressive payment.

example. say purchase price RM500K.

say now is constructed up to 35%, claim up to 35%.

next claim is 10%, amount to RM50K. so u need to pay RM3000 extra for next claim.

subsequent claim 10% say in Nov 15, then u have to pay the RM3000 again.


total additional shall be 65% of RM500K (unclaimed/unconstruct portion as at 31st March)x 6%. = RM19,500.00

please check with your SA to confirm this.

All owners and potential buyers be aware.....builders will over promise, u might have maintenance fees issue as well as building design issues....I can't tell more....take note...

I rather stay away from them if I were you.....I thought they they big and reputable, I thought wrong....

Heard said maluri Amaya by malton maintenance fee want shoot up to 60sen psd. Pvbj by malton disguise With pavilion skin maybe shoot up to rm1 psf. Here maybe later 40sen psf.

Shop bawah sk one.. Developer said will manage by them. Now cabut lari sell all shop out. Maybe More Jialat surprise on the way.

but now surround shop lot is look reviving...

got little star, affin bank, black horse, ikan bakar, shabu shabu, ah lek, yong tau fu etc...
i believe the situation is getting better...

these old shoplot rental is lower compare new shoplot like the one near equine park public bank...

hence, more will prefer to open here...

the old and famous chee mui yong tau foo no more liao.
they sold it to other pipu due to gst hassle.
sold liao no need to headache the gst problem.
food quality drop kaw kaw. getting less n less customer liao. no more ong..

sk one side punya shops all very run down. the end corner row is the worst. mostly do stock keeping. repair shop.
