This place memang jialat.
Too deep deep access. Far far from highway, Macam trap in the middle of nowhere. Surrounding Shops manyak turn to religions usage. Some nice restaurant can be found here. Macam still no bank here. Rm328k meant
1-he bought at fair market value, but doesnt mean he can flip instantly at Rm500k and made Rm170k..inc the legaal fees, valuation fees and stamping plus agents fees not to mention RPGT (if applicable) pobably looking at only Rm100k to Rm120k (assuming some waterfishes willing to buy at Rm500k and able to obtain bank loan...and assuming he can obtain market value of Rm500k, coz the MV will follow drop once so many lelong When a pojek buyers were majority flippers rest assured lelong party will start once VP |
