went to the sales office yesterday, few units left 571 sq ft is RM301k (rebate 15k) and 996 sqft is RM466k. Commercial title and 0.28 per sqft of maintenance fee.

i have check the staff too, the shoplot is no open for sales. fully managed by pavilion management office. if got go showroom see the block model, they have show the future shop available...i saw a japanese restaurant, yummy..haha
