yes sk one residence may be maybe prime areas but just unsuitable.. u look at the high tension you will know

My family got 2 prop there.. damm near to Htc.. and it stretch parell and long. And large units of HTC like maluri aeon there..

distance wise.. like maluri cimb.. hsbc bank to maluri HTC.. jialat one.. last time work thete got electric shock..

but there.. chinese area price can up geh.. still new to sk ppl for high rise..
