aeon big at shah alam accepts AMEX at the cashier to buy top up

Yup after my complain to Amex I think they send banners and pen sets to all TNB to promote usage of Amex at Tenaga counter.

anyone knows if senheng accepts amex ezypay?

I asked last year for smartphone purchase but they told me can only use Visa/Master for EPP. AMEX only 1 off transactions

You still can get 5% weekend cashback & 5x treats point but you just can't make it EPP

Yes. Call them and tell them you want to pay via Amex and want it to be charged today. That's it.

this like the 10th time I see being answered lolz good job guys.. keep it up with lotsa patience.

I guess this does not work anymore, last time I once tried this method, however the transaction date is reflected on the next following Monday instead.

I just got mine updated last two weeks or so

The charges were immediate, as I received the confirmation sms shortly after from Amex, they even called me back as my card details was outdated and they could not charge it, so they advise me to call Amex to update the info. A few mins later, the confirmation sms came through.

Not entirely sure what happened in your case though.

considering many of us subscribed to ASTRO, we need to push ASTRO to add in AMEX payment in Maybank2U.

put more pressure to them by email/contact/etc.

You could, in the meantime, fill up the AMEX Express Autopay form and fax it to them. I've been paying Astro via this method for the past 2 years.

We are concerned about the 5% Weeekend Rebate + 5X TreatsPoints

I just renew in Mid June, call in Saturday. But my case is abit different because when I called, the insurance is expired, so the customer service staff charge on that day (sat), but renew on Monday. And I still get 5% cash back.
