Yes, that's right They don' accept AMEX for any of their transactions, at least not yet

Yea...that's my experience because when buying the phones, its using another terminal, my guess is that the terminal for phones is directly with DiGi but the terminal for bill payments is the company's own terminal

Now the DiGi Centres accepts AMEX for bill payment over the kiosk already, tested at Times Square & SUnway Pyramid

I'm pretty sure its true that DELL do not process on weekends
