No wander the road there is now crazy with construction work currently along the road from Saville Melawati to opening this year Quaza Mall there. 3rd one Setiawangsa interchange cross with DUKE 1. Which makes sense. One can rent almost the same size and price for both Irama Wangsa and Wangsa 9. People would go for Wangsa 9 then if that is the case. More convenient location wise.

Between Hamilton and Seri Riana/Riana Green also got small plot of land as well. Can squeeze out for development too if really running out of prime land.
