Since Wangsa 9 units came into the rental market, I've noticed rental prices around the area taking a hit. Which makes sense. One can rent almost the same size and price for both Irama Wangsa and Wangsa 9.
Indeed bro. Some expat friends who live in Seri Riana/Irama Wangsa / Infinity says that they are planning to move to Wangsa9 due to the location very near to LRT Sri Rampai.
That's good to hear! Right now, the occupancy number is in the teens, although the units sold are in hundreds. Hoping there will be more people moving in soon.

The traffic is already very bad going towards the LRT station during peak hours. Cars, taxis and buses will be in a queue from the top of the hill until the station. Adding construction lorries and in the future, residence vehicles, into the mix? Recipe for nightmare.

If I am not mistaken, Seri Riana is a joint venture (JV) between MCL Land and IJM. Seri Riana is listed as one of MCL Land projects. Not sure if Quinn Residence will be another JV or just MCL Land.
According to this video, the expected completion date of block A has been pushed even further. 2 and 1/2 years from now. Which makes it fall square in year 2022. If one to estimate 1 floor per month and 30 floors left to go (9th floor still in progress), it does match the current estimate. Sort of blame the 6 month hiatus.
Aikss, when is the launch of tower A?? I tot shared fscilities with other towers need to be completed at the same time?? Can other blocks can LAD??
Sales of tower A started early 2018 I think. But, it is part of 2nd phase. I am not sure if this is a workaround the LAD. I am not an architect, but the genius of this project is that, all the incomplete facilities are separated by bridges and do not share the same "foundation?". So, they are isolated for further development.
One thing that always bothers me is the problem with the lights. I mean, they look nice when they are working. When they are not, it triggers my latent OCD, lol.
For example. Block B's exit stairs lights always have problem. Last time I counted, there were more than 5 levels with missing lights. You can even see it in this pic. Then, the entrance's roof lighting (green color in the pic), that thing has already started to flicker. The worst of them all, the huge Wangsa9 logo lights on the roof of Block C. I am pretty sure it is broken. IMHO, they are an eyesore. Better to do without than having broken ones.

Just saw rebar cage constructed for Block A's level 10. It is approximate 3 weeks since they started the same thing for level 9. If they keep at this pace, it is consistent with the latest 2++ years estimate to completion. Slower than expected, but prefer it is moving than not.
