Yup, for the 1600sqft and 1700sqft facing klcc. 2000sqft unit are potentially not affected. depending on how Quinn's tower is situated.

Preparing level 27 and some new recreational facilities; a basketball court and (i am guessing) an upsize snake and ladder board game.

Interested in some real numbers as well, if anyone has them. But, just eyeballing the units, there are lot more houses with curtains than not. Majority of the empty units are the 1000k sqft. The bigger ones are mostly occupied, at least there are curtains.

I think tower A was open for sale in April of 2018. So, 5 years since then should put it somewhere in 2023.

The current estimate date of VP is Q1/Q2 2022. At the rate they are building, the tower itself will reach the highest floor sometime in Q3 2021.

Developer units, Type A (Tower B & C) : 1,033 sqft – 1,173 sqft (2 Bedrooms + 2 Bathrooms)

Block C and B already VP in 2019.

There were a couple in 2019.

They just started work for level 37. Another 10 levels to go (total 47 floors, I think). Estimated VP year is 2022.

The skatepark is quite a popular place among the family and kids to hang out in the evening. There are kids playing rollerblade, skateboard, kids scooter and sometimes just run around.

You shared this 3months plus ago. I think we could expect level 48 (top most floor) to be reached/completed by July 2021. Good progress! Hopefully then, we would see more progress on the remaining facilities (pools, gym, squash courts and etc)

I've checked their website again, seems like the highest floor is 47. That would mean, only 4 floors left. Even completing 2 floors a month, I think they can reach level 47 by July. Unless, the developer mentions otherwise.

But, finishing works might still take a long time. There are still a lot of floors without windows.
