Not to worry, the PSU is good wink.gif and of course the 550W is a better option seeing that you want to have a powerful GPU... if you can, get the FSP Raider 600W for RM269 wink.gif

the R9 280X Toxic is indeed a pre-OCed GPU

A question to all sifu out there : I'm considering whether to get GTX 760 or GTX 770, and there are so many different brands to consider.

I only need one that can support 1080 gaming smoothly under finest graphic settings for games such as Planetside 2, BF3, upcoming Watch Dogs and Witcher 3, and I don't do OC. Budget is around MYR2k. notworthy.gif

My advice : wait for the AMD R9 290 or R9 290X.The price should be around your budget.. smile.gif

Okay so....I did read some of the rig suggestions, but not sure whether they're updated or not.

I need a complete desktop set with keyboard, pc, and monitor. With a budget of RM3500 plus minus a hundred.

I use mainly for entertainment, like music, movies, gaming (World of Tanks, Guild Wars 2, new games out there, etc).

Also I do some casual work like Creo, AutoCAD, Staadpro, Solidworks. And the usual document stuff like word.

So I guess awesome screen display is needed, size doesn't really matter I guess...but at least above 15".

So can you sifus please help me out?
Million thanks biggrin.gif

With some lowered anti-aliasing settings aside, yes you can pretty much max out most of the games out there. biggrin.gif

Sweeeeet. Any shops recommended? And are there any fees for setting up the pc? A friend says that they usually charge RM100 per pc.

You can try Viewnet, Czone, Cycom LYP. Usually, if you buy an entire rig from them, they won't charge you anything.
