How about a Zotac GTX760? It's currently priced at RM799, and has 2+3 (2 years local+3 years extended) years warranty...  Ask CyntrixTech@Garage Sales or GBros @ Garage Sales if you want further information.

If you are not going watercooling, the 350D is pretty big though...  If you want something smaller, take a look at the Silverstone TJ08-E... It's a very nice mATX case, and cable management is pretty easy on that case.

Kingston and Corsair RAMs are both equally reliable... and both of them should perform identically (Value RAMs of course)

Not much disadvantage of mATX boards, but note that fitting a giant air cooler (such as the Noctua NH-D14) may block the RAM slots.  (Can be overcame by using a low profile RAM)

[Purpose] Watch & Stream HD video + picture, Gaming (Mainly on Dota), normal surfing.

[Hardware that will be reuse from old rig] Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor, Speaker.

[Monitor resolution] Not needed.

[Game or software that use frequently] Ms Office, Dota, Media Player.

[Personal Preference Brand] None, prefer something reliable and better graphic experience.

My question is

1)Does everything fits into this case? especially the cooler and does the case has good enough airflow for the sli gtx760?

2)Is it ok to sli with ref card? based on my research some says its a good idea because of blower type fan that takes the heat of the case

3)Is it ok to use last gen CPU and MOBO? i chose them to reduce my cost.

4)Difference between HDD Black and Blue is it negligible? or should i just go with black.

5)Is my MOBO ok? from my research as well people recommend UD3H but also says D3H is fine enough.For malaysia though UD3H is RM100+ more =[

6)Is going sli GTX760 from the start a wise idea? X.X deep inside i think i should go with single GTX770 first and sli later.

hmm guys, would like to have a decent upgrade for my secondary rig. Mostly will be used by my gf to play some The Sims 3.

Nothing too fancy, mostly casual gaming like the Sims 3 and some casual MMOs or some Diablo 3.

You don't need that for Sims 3. Even a GTX 650 vanilla would be complete overkill for Sims 3.

You're right, it's the processor that's going to be the biggest upgrade.

If it's a HD 5850, then it will be more than enough to run Sims 3 on highest settings.

Think about it, what kind of game dev would release a game in 09 that would require a 2013 graphics card to run on high?
