I want a total rig without the OS.. Budget is such as above. The purpose of this rig is gaming

I see there's Zotac GTX770 2GB AMP! and Zotac GTX770 4GB.. How much difference is the cards from the 770 2gb? I've seen the benchmark for 770 2gb amp! but not 770 4gb.. And will 770 2gb amp! or 770 4gb fit the build above ?

I see, so its better to get the 2gb. Preferably the Zotac amp! version right?

I see. If I choose the amp! version, do I need to change the other hardware? like psu or its compatible with everything..    I'm clueless when it comes to hardwares

1) Will 550w psu enough for this setup?

2) Will this setup sufficient enough to handle GTA IV and the upcoming GTA V?

3) Does it need another extra cooler? Because it's a gaming rig and i scare it will overheat too fast.
