would like to ask difference between Zotac Gtx 770 AMP! and non AMP!

should i buy the non-amp version and overclock myself ?

Or is there actually some hardware differences between these two card that resulted in better cooling for the AMP! version.

Hi sifu's! I am a newbie in building gaming rig. However, have been watching gaming build set ups on utube and i am kinda interested.

I'd want a gaming rig that could play Crysis 3 without any hiccups, and I assume that if it could play that, then it could most probably play anything we throw at it. Although, this is just my noob perspective.

My budget is as follows, rm4.4k, but thats simply because i wanted a big 27 inch monitor.

I wonder if im really getting a bang for buck if i spend about 3.4k on the main items.

Not into OCing, but somehow, I feel like having am aftermarket cpu cooler just to.. urmm.. i feel safer if i have a better cooler for my cpu.

The only reason im choosing an 8 core processor is because im into editing as well. Do a lot of video editing, and frustrated when my current laptop just crashes. Theres even a possibility of it crashing when I plug in my POD UX2 to play guitar.

Hello sifus , thanks for all the help before, but...

Before i set out and buy my rig im suddenly in a new dilemma...

1)should i really buy the reduced cost rig ive posted before or should i go with my original rig *the 4670k

2)the difference is around rm600 should i be so stingy about 600 ringgit or should i just spent it on what i originally want to get the satisfying feeling.. =.= ya know?

3)why do i want to cut the cost in the first place ? Well actually i have no problem with my budget heck i can even do a rm5k rig if i want to but my reasoning is that future proofing is impossible.Even if i buy the best now in 2-3years time it will just be obsolete.Furthermore the price to pay for futureproofing is exponentially unreasonable price-perf ratio.

I require sifus thought on this matters before i set out and buy my rig.

Im sorry that im asking other people to make decision for me but im sure sifus judgement is better as im just an unexperienced noob. =p
