HD video editing should have good CPU?
It should be easy to upgrade so it can last me 3+ years if it is worth to do it. How long can I continue upgrading untill it becomes not worth upgrading?
I would like to have some touch device included to aid in drawing e.g.drawing tablet

You suggested Xenon - whats the difference between this and say a i7 ?
p.s. I know Haswell is newer than Ivybridge so is there any Haswell for Xenon?

can i know why u recommend Z87 and not H87 board?
because im also trying to suggest a rig to my friend but still not very sure if should go with h87 performance from asrock *tried google and people suggest this* or should go with entry level z87 like g41
But i do know H87 for no sli no oc

I just want to see if there are alternatives such as ATI and AMD?

Also is there any point of having a mITX Bitfenix Prodigy build with similar specs suggested? What are the compromises and changes? Just leave out the 2 monitors from the price of 3.5k I probably get I and use the old monitor as the second.

I use it mainly for Photoshop and Adobe Premier work. But i also plan on using this to play BF4 and COD Ghost. Is it viable or overkill?

As per the monitors. I prefer to have two work screen. I need it to work on my projects. As per the OC, does going to normal i5 4670 bring much difference against 4670k stock?
