and as for the case, i believe the cm elite does not have cable management features? where cables can go thru an extra space at the side thru a cut out.

Before i set out and buy my rig im suddenly in a new dilemma...

1)should i really buy the reduced cost rig ive posted before or should i go with my original rig *the 4670k

2)the difference is around rm600 should i be so stingy about 600 ringgit or should i just spent it on what i originally want to get the satisfying feeling.. =.= ya know?

3)why do i want to cut the cost in the first place ? Well actually i have no problem with my budget heck i can even do a rm5k rig if i want to but my reasoning is that future proofing is impossible.Even if i buy the best now in 2-3years time it will just be obsolete.Furthermore the price to pay for futureproofing is exponentially unreasonable price-perf ratio.

I require sifus thought on this matters before i set out and buy my rig.

Im sorry that im asking other people to make decision for me but im sure sifus judgement is better as im just an unexperienced noob. =p

I'm interested in getting a rig with a budget of rm2-2.5k for just the CPU and max of rm3k inclusive of monitor, keyboard etc.
Occasional gaming but nothing with high graphic needs, heaviest usage will be occasional CAD and solidworks drawings. Otherwise just used for streaming videos/movies and regular online usage.
No particular brand in mind, as long as its reliable I'm fine with it.
Also if you can point me to a place or forumer to get it from that'll be great. I'm from kota kemuning/subang area but don't mind traveling to kl or nearby places.

ya around RM1800, but i'm comparing the spec that Dell offer with i5 but much lower spec GT620, and come with WIN8 as well.
so i3 + GTX650Ti is more practical for me compare to the Dell setup?

Mainly use for internet trading purpose so has to be very stable, no lag and quiet for 24/7. No GPU required as I can live with the Intel graphic for the time being. Hopefully can last for at least 3 years and upgradeable to become gaming desktop.
