The above processor is meant for overclockers? I'm not a fan in overclocking, more towards a stable, fast processor will do.

2) Will this setup sufficient enough to handle GTA IV and the upcoming GTA V?

Many ppl tend to recommend Asrock B85 chipset over Asus,MSI,Gigabyte.

Pricing seems similar among all 4. Is there any advantage in Asrock?

B85M-G is listed at RM289. Not sure bout B85M-E.
I think those using B85 chipset rarely would slot 2 GPU right..
