Thx for the comment, but I already have my SSD and PSU so those won't be changed. Will be getting cooler only when I overclock, haven't used a DVD drive in 5 years? I believe.

Reason I'm not SLI-ing is partially because it's overkill and partially because any money I have remaining would go towards other stuff like monitor and maybe even a new chair.

Hi all, my desktop is basically dead after using it for about 6-7 years. So I would like to rebuild a new one. I am planning to get the i7-4770 but the rest I'll need help to recommend, prefer if I can have the small casing, micro-ATX or mini-ITX if possible. My requirement is to have a smooth gaming for the games mentioned above at high setting level. My guess is the Intel chip built in HD4600 will not be able to render the game smoothly... right?

My mobo condition is like few USB port is failing me, my unifi port is dead and one of my ram slot is dead as well. As for my GC, it is really old and I wanted to have a change to keep up the current game settings. So should I be fixing it or get a new mobo and a GC?
